Marketing is one of my biggest passions

My marketing career began in college as I held many internships that focused on marketing. After graduating undergrad, I pursued careers where I could both leverage my Communications degree and grow my marketing experience. Today, marketing continues to be a huge part of my life as I've expanded to new industries and continued to drive my education and skills. My experience includes leading a marketing team of managers and coordinators who manage media and promotions planning and execution, local and national marketing, new unit growth and franchise marketing. I’ve successfully helped plan strategic initiatives that drive focus and priorities for brands, played a major role in the M&A strategy that drove aggressive location expansion for a number of brands.

Automotive Marketing

In 2013, I began working for Driven Brands, Inc., a parent company to a number of after market automotive brands like Meineke Car Care Centers, Maaco Auto Painting & Collision Repair and Take 5 Oil Change. I've worked for each of those brands and a few others in their portfolio. A few of my endeavors with these brands: 

  

  • Created and executed marketing strategy for 500+ corporate and franchise locations across the country
  • Rolled out local marketing strategy which resulted accounted for 1.5% out of 8% sales growth in Houston, TX 
  • Implemented new store opening strategy that led to 10%+ comp growth YoY
  • Managed and optimized customer relationship management system and loyalty program which drove 60% of business revenue 
  • Developed new marketing strategy for Meineke Canada which led to first ever positive YoY growth

QSR Marketing

In 2021, I began working for Domino's Pizza as the Marketing Consultant for 324 stores in North Carolina. Through data and analytics, I help franchisees drive profitability through calculated steps taken based on consumer behavior. A few things that I focus on here:

  

  • Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand 
  • Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data
  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of      marketing and distribution
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing and advertising strategies and optimize as needed

Reach Marketing Solution, LLC

In 2017, I launched my first ever company focused on marketing for churches, non-profits and small businesses called Reach Marketing Solution. While the company is inoperable today due to the significant amount of projects on my plate, when operable the company held anywhere from 3-5 clients at a time. Clients included: churches, boutiques, non-profit organizations, catering services, and authors.
